Allow your candle to burn to the edges the first time you light the candle; this could take 2+ hours
Always allow the melt pool to reach the edges of the glass for a better burning candle experience

Note: Our candles are hand poured using 100% soy wax so you might see frosting or spotting; this is totally normal. This is due to temperature changes during shipment and will not affect the performance of your candle.

● Standard Shipping: We offer free ground shipping for all US orders.
● Expedited Shipping: For $24.99 we will ship your package 2nd Day Air Service and for $49.99 we will ship your package Next Day Air Saver.
● All orders are shipped, Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM EST, the same or next business day (except for holiday periods when our factory is closed)
● Ground orders arrive in approximately 1-5 business days.
● 2nd Day Air Service packages arrive by the end of the 2nd business day and Next Day Air Saver arrives by the end of the next business day.
Returns
● Happiness Guarantee-2 Year Return Policy: As a small family business we sweat the small stuff to make sure you are happy with our products. Sleep on them, wash them, live with them. If for any reason you aren't fully satisfied, you may return them on us for up to 2 years and receive a full refund. Please note if you have paid with Affirm or Shop Pay any refund will not include interest paid on the loan up until the refund date.
● Return Process: Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment within 48 hours from when we receive the package back at our warehouse.
