Duvet Insert

●Wool is naturally hypoallergenic, anti-microbial, anti-fungal and biodegradable
●Insert has wool batting on the inside with a channel stitch to hold the wool in place
●Loops in each corner so that the duvet cover can be securely attached
●"Top or Bottom" labels act as visual cues to help you place the insert in the cover

Sheet sets care info

Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not use bleach. Tumble dry on low and remove promptly.  Warm iron if needed. 

Helpful Hints

• Wash your sheets before your first use to soften them even more than they are when they arrive.
• Choose a liquid detergent for the best results.
• Use our wool dryer balls in place of fabric softeners.
• Wash bedding in cold water. Consumer Reports’ past tests found detergents have gotten much better at putting enzymes to work in removing dirt and stains at lower water temperatures, and are less effective at higher temperatures.

To avoid wrinkles

• Because they are made from 100% USA cotton our sheets will naturally wrinkle. Shake out the bedding between washing and drying. Don’t overload the dryer to prevent twisting and allow the fabric to fluff and tumble dry sheets on low heat for the shortest time possible. They will wrinkle less and less with every wash and use.

Shrinkage

• Our fabric goes through a mechanical process to reduce shrinkage and soften it, but it may shrink slightly when it is washed the first time. In order to ensure that your sheets will generously fit your bed we have made them longer and wider than other brands.

Duvet Insert

Spot cleaning is recommended for quick cleaning. Occasionally refresh in natural air & sunlight. Do not machine wash. For deep cleaning: hand wash in tub of cool water with wool wash. Squeeze by hand. Do not wring or twist. Rinse twice. Air-dry flat not on direct heat source (heat will cause shrinkage)

Cotton blankets care info

Machine wash warm with like colors, delicate cycle, do not bleach, tumble dry, warm, remove from dryer immediately. Wash sheets and pillowcases separately from towels, blankets and other clothing.

In addition to following the manufacturers care instructions, we recommend adding some of these tips to your care regimen to combat shedding:

• ● Add ¼ cup of white vinegar to the rinse cycle of your wash to help battle the build up of lint
• ● Avoid fabric softener and detergents with softener additives
• ● Wash in water that is cold or, when necessary, merely warm
• ● Run on a shorter cycle, less agitation during the washing process will lessen shedding overall
• ● Empty the lint catcher several times throughout the dry cycle to allow as much lint to escape as possible
• ● Attract lint away from the fabric by adding a piece of corduroy or dryer balls
• ● Use an electric shaver if you find loose fibers or pilling
