Soft cotton and I can tell it will get softer and softer with more use and washings. Excellent weight. Quality workmanship. Prompt shipment. I have a queen mattress but like a king top sheet. The description for the queen top stated it was generous in size so I ordered the queen top. While it is more generous than most brands, next time I will order the king.
